BELMONT

Fire Restoration

Project Total: $762,000

Redesign of:

Dormers - Kitchen - Dining Room -

Bedrooms - Bathroom - Living Room - Roof

Details:

In this two-family home, a ceiling fan fire on the third floor caused damage to a significant portion of the home. The entire second and third floors had to be completely gutted, and the first floor required a partial gut.

In the rebuild, dormers were added to both sides of the buildings roof structure, creating more living space which allowed the addition of a third bedroom and second bathroom on the third floor.

On the first floor, a full gut and rebuild of the main bathroom; new ceilings, electrical & paint; and with a small reconfiguration, the addition of a second bathroom.

On the second floor, a large portion of the center wall was removed, providing an open floor plan to the main living space.
