In this garrison colonial home, a lightning induced fire destroyed a significant amount of the living space. Extensive fire, water and smoke damage found in the kitchen, living & dining rooms, sun room, office and the main floor bath. In addition, the soot and smoke damage expanded to three bedrooms and the second floor bathroom. Included in the rebuild: addition of a two-car garage, mudroom and great office room.
