In this classic colonial home, renovations included gutting the existing kitchen and sunroom to the studs. Expansion of living space by enclosing additional square footage of the existing back porch. Removal of knee-wall between kitchen and living room. Relocation of bathroom and garage entryway.

All new walls, ceiling, electrical, light fixtures, cabinets, appliances and flooring. Refinishing hardwood floors in remainder of first floor living space.
