In this home, a laundry induced fire in the basement destroyed the fully finished basement as well as the kitchen, living and bathrooms on the first floor. The rebuild included full electrical rewire, refinish of the basement floor including bedroom, bathroom and laundry; Redesign of the first floor included the addition of vaulted ceilings and open kitchen - living room design and new bathroom. Additionally all wooden floors and wall paint refreshed in remaining rooms.
